Weight loss is a problem that plagues so many people in our society. People have tried everything, and maybe even lost some weight, but then eventually gained it all back— plus some.

Fad diets might work for a short period of time, if you stick faithfully to the diet. However, if you veer away from it, the weight comes back. Maybe you have tried diet and exercise and are still not losing weight.

Our Weight Loss Programs

We offer several different weight loss programs to help you on your weight loss journey. They vary in length but are typically 5 weeks or 12 weeks long. The difference in our program is our use of functional medicine to completely change the overall wellness of our patients. Our program uses:

Patients who use our 5 week program typically lose between 10 and 20 pounds, and patients who use our 12 week program typically lose between 20 and 50 pounds, depending on the amount of weight they need to lose and their dedication to our programs. Do they eat fast food?

Weight loss resistance is very common. In fact, most of the patients that come into our office, they’ve been through the gamut. They try to eat well. They’ve gone through every single diet there is and nothing's worked.

And so, there’s specific procedures we utilize. We use raw materials through herbs, vitamins, and minerals. We can also have the assistance of therapies. We have some very unique therapies that help to facilitate the process of them getting healthier.

So we have a five week program where commonly they are losing anywheres from ten to about twenty pounds.
